Affiliate Summit is hosting a networking event during the ShareASale ThinkTank conference. The conference requires registration, but this party/meetup is open to anybody in this group. We’ll be providing a mixture of hors d’eouvres: mini beef wellington, mini BBQ beef slider on challah bun, chicken quesadilla with peppers and jack cheese, mini jumbo lump crab cake on jalapeno aioli, lobster and mango spring roll, tuna tar tar with toasted sesame seeds in a cucumber cup, and vegetarian eggrolls), as well as a mashed potato martini bar, Texas fajitas, and a prime rib of beef carving station.

Judge Rules Illinois Affiliate Nexus Law is Unconstitutional

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed HB 3659 into law back in March 2011, which forced out-of-state retailers to collect Illinois state sales tax for Internet sales, based on the view that affiliate marketers constitute a tax nexus for the retailers.
